📋 Description

• Support the Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and Southwest Michigan service region, primarily providing MR support • Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment • Troubleshoot and perform moderately complex service repairs • Independently perform and lead equipment installations, validations, maintenance, and service repairs • Lead customer communications and serve as an escalation point for customer concerns, including installations • Own customer issues from dispatch or identification through resolution • Proactively engage team members to ensure appropriate customer solutions • Leverage customer relationships to assist customers and service sales with contract and on-demand revenue growth • Maintain customer relationships through timely communication, resolution, and follow-up • Follow company policies, procedures, hospital protocols, regulatory requirements, and compliance requirements • Document all work performed daily, including debriefing metrics and ordering parts • Partner with customers and/or sales teams to recommend value-added services • Use the GEHC escalation process and collaborate with regional and national support to implement corrective action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment, or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience • Technical capabilities in MR, including troubleshooting, repair and installation • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite of products • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, and sit and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex or extend neck, and have good hand and finger dexterity • Required vision abilities may include color, close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
