📋 Description

• Support field service of GE HealthCare anesthesia equipment in the Seattle metro service area • Complete on-time and accurate preventative maintenance, installations, corrective repairs, and Field Modification Instructions • Assist less experienced field engineers with equipment installation • Perform advanced troubleshooting and service repairs on designated equipment • Communicate and partner effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers • Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence and ensure resolution with proper follow-up • Recommend value-added services to help customers operate more efficiently • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records; order repair parts and manage cycle times • Use the GEHC escalation process and collaborate with regional and national support on corrective action plans • Serve as a member of the account community for key accounts • Engage commercial counterparts, identify sales leads, participate in contract renewals, and support revenue programs • Build and enhance customer relationships as a perceived business partner • Monitor competitor information and market trends • Answer service calls independently without assistance within one year of employment

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR participation in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite of products • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License • Willingness to be available after hours or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends, for critical issues and coverage • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods • Ability to reach at, above, and below shoulder level; flex/extend neck; and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity • Required vision abilities may include color, close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception • Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
