• Lead and direct a team of software engineers in building requirements and transforming those into solutions that drive business outcomes • Accountable for all aspects (planning, forecasting, production) of the end-to-end lifecycle of a product • Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives • Develop a strong connection to business outcomes • Leverages deep process/domain expertise and partners with PO and technical development team • Influences key stakeholders in design and planning decisions • Drives the development of products that are targeted at a technical audience • Combines customer vision with technical feasibility to convert business needs into functional specifications/user stories • Works with customers/stakeholders to prioritize needs • Creates the strategic roadmap for the product • Coordinates work of several parallel teams to deliver on higher level outcomes • Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns • Focuses on execution for the duration of a product release • Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics • May guide others to consider a different point of view
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 11 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 13 years of professional experience • Minimum 5 years of professional experience successfully implementing complex ERP Systems (Oracle preferred) • Minimum 5 years' experience as a people manager in a matrixed enterprise environment • Strong communication skills • Strong leadership and ability to include, motivate employees and effectively delegate and assign work • Strong knowledge of ERP system data structures, preferably Oracle • Experience working in an Agile environment • Familiarity with versatile implementation options • Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems • Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts • Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices • Demonstrates knowledge of the competitive environment • Eligibility Requirement: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
