📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap definition, and cross-functional execution for development of an AI-enabled software solution • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for an agentic airspace design software solution • Translate current-state flight path design workflows into a future-state product vision • Define and prioritize product requirements for critical workflow capabilities • Partner with flight path design experts, software engineers, AI specialists, avionics stakeholders, customers, and internal teams • Own product backlog development, feature sequencing, and tradeoff decisions • Build the product business case and support development of reusable workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 5 additional years of software product management experience or similar related experience in the aviation industry • Minimum of 5 years of aviation industry experience with a proven track record • Experience leading software products or technical workflow solutions across multiple stakeholders, requirements, and delivery dependencies • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with software engineers, technical experts, design teams, and business stakeholders • Strong oral and written communication skills • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
