📋 Description

• Manage Customer Delivery and Demand translation and Production Scheduling processes • Own the execution of the connected flow strategy for specific product lines assigned • Collaborate with Site Materials Leaders and Plant Leaders • Analyze capability and total capacity of the production areas defined • Leads communication and response to all customer escalations from the manufacturing sites • Facilitate opportunities to optimize delivery, inventory, and productivity through problem solving and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years materials, production planning, sourcing or supply chain operations experience) + minimum of 5 years materials, production planning, sourcing or supply chain operations experience in a manufacturing environment • Supply Planning experience is preferred • Understanding of lean mindset and principles • Strong data analysis skills • Ability to influence others and lead small teams • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to navigate complex processes and systems
