📋 Description

• Partner with Executive Planners to provide workplace benefits optimization reviews for highly compensated participants • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive participants through personalized financial planning guidance and ongoing support • Identify opportunities to introduce financial planning and wealth management solutions aligned with participant goals and circumstances • Encourage ongoing financial planning conversations and increase participant engagement • Serve as the subject matter expert on employer-sponsored benefit programs • Analyze participant financial situations and develop comprehensive financial plans • Develop and present customized recommendations covering retirement, investments, tax-efficient planning, estate planning, and risk management • Recommend and review investment strategies aligned with objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term goals • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices • Conduct risk assessments and incorporate risk management strategies • Collaborate with Executive Planners and internal business partners to deliver a seamless participant experience • Share knowledge, contribute to continuous improvement, and support a collaborative team environment • Maintain compliance with FINRA, SEC, state insurance, and company regulatory requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of three years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, financial advisory, or a related client-facing financial services role • Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation required • Active FINRA Series 7 license required • Active FINRA Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, or Series 66, required • FINRA Fingerprinting required • Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification preferred • State Life Insurance License preferred • Demonstrated consultative sales orientation • Experience uncovering financial planning opportunities and presenting personalized recommendations • Strong knowledge of financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management principles • Experience creating and presenting comprehensive financial plans to clients • Proficiency with MoneyGuidePro, NaviPlan, or similar financial planning software • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to regulatory compliance • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable, including CPT/OPT • Reliable connectivity from a fiber, cable, or DSL internet service provider and a suitable home workspace
