📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of joint and multinational exercises. • Manage multiple C4/Cyber exercise requirements. • Support various Joint Exercise Lifecycle (JELC) events. • Develop exercise training objectives and support products. • Provide administrative and technical support to lead exercise planners across the Pacific region as a J637 Joint Exercise Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Coordinate exercise planning events and manage exercise documentation, deliverables, schedules, and milestones. • Develop exercise plans and after-action reports. • Support integration of exercise requirements into broader operational frameworks and goals based on J6 and J7 leadership guidance. • Manage exercise knowledge repositories and facilitate knowledge sharing across senior planners, staff directorates, and external stakeholders. • Provide briefings to staff directorates and General/Flag officers. • Travel occasionally to planning events and exercise execution as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree. • Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI. • US Citizenship required. • Demonstrated experience in joint and/or multinational exercise management processes, including planning event coordination and after-action reporting. • Extensive experience planning across the full spectrum of C4/Cyber requirements, ideally in the Pacific Theater. • Experience developing running estimates and managing exercise documentation, deliverables, and knowledge repositories. • Working knowledge of the Joint Exercise Lifecycle (e.g., JELC), exercise requirements management, and integration of exercise objectives into operational frameworks.
