📋 Description

• Lead a team of digital technology auditors and technical subject matter experts • Conduct data-driven, risk-informed digital, cybersecurity and integrated audit engagements • Drive timely closure of corrective actions resulting from audit engagements • Contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of the Internal Audit methodology • Take leadership role in Internal Audit strategic initiatives • Educate and influence management on complex technology and cyber risks • Manage and develop direct reports to strengthen leadership capability and audit competency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, another STEM major, or Business Administration with a minor in Computer Information Technology preferred • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, or related fields • 5+ years manager for a team • Experience leading audit and advisory engagement portfolios • Demonstrated people leadership experience • Strong critical thinking ability • CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC or other relevant certifications preferred • Understanding of regulatory and external requirements related to IT, privacy, and cybersecurity • Experience with industry and cybersecurity standards and frameworks • Knowledge of key IT operational and risk domains
