• Serve as the senior relationship leader for assigned healthcare client accounts • Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with healthcare stakeholders • Lead strategic client meetings, including quarterly business reviews, performance discussions, and business planning sessions • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure service delivery meets client expectations, contractual commitments, and performance goals • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for client concerns, coordinating solutions across internal teams • Identify opportunities to expand services and support account growth, renewals, and long-term retention strategies • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to align client needs with business objectives • Translate operational data into strategic insights that help clients make informed decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field • 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare services with demonstrated client-facing leadership • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle continuum, including billing, coding, claims management, and accounts receivable operations • Proven experience managing complex healthcare client relationships • Demonstrated success supporting account growth, renewals, or service expansion initiatives • Experience partnering with Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Experience within an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting environment • Experience leading client relationship or account management teams • Experience working with offshore delivery teams • EMR platform knowledge • CRCR certification
