📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies • Lead teams of Solution Engineers, System Engineers, and Field Operation Engineers • Lead AMR project teams through design, planning, execution, and delivery of logistics projects • Ensure projects meet agreed-upon specifications, budgets, and timelines • Foster communication among clients, team members, and external subcontractors • Cultivate and maintain client and stakeholder relationships • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate all project elements • Guide, motivate, and mentor project team members • Implement risk management strategies and develop contingency plans • Plan project scope, budget, schedule, internal resources, and subcontracting services • Conduct regular project meetings and provide project updates • Maintain accurate, current, and compliant project documentation • Improve project management processes using best practices and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the logistics or AMR industry delivering integrated hardware and software systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members • Solid understanding of logistics processes and how AMR systems enhance operational efficiency • Excellent teamwork skills and experience leading cross-functional teams • Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time • PMP certification is a plus
