📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Imaging Installation Project Managers. • Build a customer-centric culture focused on accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement. • Develop leadership capability within the team, ensuring succession planning and talent growth. • Own regional backlog performance, including project health, installation progress, and risk mitigation. • Drive execution of installation activities to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. • Manage revenue recognition processes in alignment with controllership and compliance requirements. • Own customer experience across installation lifecycle, ensuring proactive communication and alignment. • Partner with Commercial, Service, Applications, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution. • Lead Lean initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance performance and customer outcomes. • Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare Quality Management System, policies, and applicable regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience as a people leader. • Significant experience in project management, including large-scale or complex implementations. • Experience in customer-facing roles and customer relationship management. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams of project management professionals. • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence. • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. • Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to travel as needed. • Must reside within one of the South Markets (Houston, Dallas, Gateway).
