📋 Description
• Manage event requirements, production schedules, and logistics plans • Coordinate equipment, labor, sub-rentals, and onsite crews • Develop staging plans based on client needs, venue requirements, and budgets • Partner with Account Managers and production teams to execute events nationwide and internationally • Ensure accurate documentation, workflow management, and successful show delivery • Travel up to 50% for large-scale events
🎯 Requirements
• 7–10+ years of experience in the Pro AV rental, staging, or live events industry • Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, LED, and AV systems • Experience with CAD/design tools (Vectorworks preferred) • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
