• Manage client orders from inception to completion • Ensure timely fulfillment and maintain strong client relationships • Drive operational efficiency • Manage multiple high-volume Promotional and Print projects • Serve as primary client contact ensuring satisfaction and retention • Oversee full order lifecycle—from sourcing and quoting to delivery • Collaborate across internal teams and manage vendor relationships • Manage logistics, inventory, and eCommerce platforms • Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with internal processes
• 5+ years of experience in project management or client-facing roles • 3+ years specifically in print and promotional products • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and ERP systems • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Deep knowledge of product categories including print, direct mail, branded merchandise, and vendor management • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams as needed
