• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical equipment used by hospitals and healthcare providers • Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with company procedures and manufacturer guidelines • Support corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of technical issues at customer sites • Assist with Field Modification Instructions and product updates • Participate in installation, upgrade, and system enhancement projects • Apply structured troubleshooting methods to diagnose and resolve technical problems • Plan and execute customer visits while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction • Document service activities using company systems and tools • Manage and track spare parts, tools, and service inventory • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with colleagues, technical support teams, and stakeholders to resolve customer issues • Maintain focus on customer experience and operational excellence
• Technical education or apprenticeship within electronics, automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field • Strong interest in technology, troubleshooting, and hands-on problem solving • Eagerness to learn and develop within a field service environment • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player • Structured and organized approach to planning and documentation • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel within the local region and occasionally stay overnight when required
