📋 Description

• Act as the business leader for the MR portfolio in Canada • Achieve quarterly and annual orders, revenue, profitability, margin, and funnel growth objectives • Oversee forecasting, business planning, product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and new product introductions • Translate clinical trends, competitive insights, and customer needs into actionable growth strategies • Support the sales organization and influence customer purchasing decisions • Develop strategic customer relationships and support complex negotiations • Identify growth opportunities through installed-base analysis and market intelligence • Lead product-focused promotional activities, sales training, trade show participation, and educational initiatives • Grow MR sales funnel and market share • Drive price accretion and value selling • Build strong local show sites • Collaborate with sales, service, marketing, and global product leadership teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare or MedTech commercial and/or clinical experience • Strong expertise in Magnetic Resonance (MR) technologies, clinical applications, and workflows • Excellent presentation skills • Proven ability to develop business strategies and translate them into commercial results • Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills • Experience in medical device sales • Bilingual English/French capabilities are strong assets • Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrixed environment • Deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape
