📋 Description

• Manage equipment implementation and installation processes • Plan and execute projects on schedule and within budget • Remotely coordinate GE HealthCare resources, including product scheduling and logistics, installation, training, and GoLive scheduling • Serve as primary liaison between GE HealthCare project management teams and the customer • Facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day project activities • Coordinate delivery and installation with customers, Order Management Specialists, Manufacturing, and Field Teams • Write project plans with clear milestones and assigned responsibilities • Create, update, and distribute project documentation, including contact lists, schedules, meeting summaries, and action item lists • Use commercial and department-specific information systems, software applications, tools, and templates • Provide leadership and direction to GE HealthCare personnel responsible for projects • Participate in weekly internal and external meetings • Resolve or escalate issues involving equipment delivery, installation timelines, site readiness, training schedules, and material availability • Identify and participate in process improvements for Healthcare Project Management and Shared Services teams • Communicate project requirements and commitments verbally and in writing with GE HealthCare staff and management • Manage installation and integration projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in project management; or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in project management/technical field; or High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a technical field or project management • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to document and execute projects • Experience managing revenue generating projects • Change management experience • Support local business hours • Legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Some customer vaccination mandates may apply to certain GE HealthCare employees
