• Define and lead the AIS transformation roadmap aligned to growth, margin expansion, and simplification • Translate strategy into clear, measurable initiatives with defined ownership and milestones • Drive enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring alignment across product, commercial, Technology, and operations • Establish a simplified, scalable operating model with clear accountability and decision rights • Eliminate silos and improve cross-functional handoffs to increase speed and efficiency • Standardize how products are developed, positioned, and delivered across the portfolio • Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and drive execution across a global, matrixed organization • Influence without authority to accelerate decisions and outcomes • Lead change management to enable adoption of new ways of working • Foster a culture of Lean discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement • Build organizational capability in transformation, problem-solving, and execution rigor • Drive structural cost improvement and sustainable margin expansion
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Significant leadership experience in transformation, operations, strategy, or program management roles • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives • Strong financial acumen, including experience with business cases, cost transformation, and KPI management • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization
