📋 Description

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage • Estimate vehicle repair costs • Negotiate equitable settlements • Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers • Consult with involved parties and review insurance contracts • Write estimates and manage rental cars • Resolve customer concerns • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions • Complete required hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and field training center

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required • Customer-facing experience preferred • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred • Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided • College degree preferred • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills • Adaptable and detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Must be authorized to work without new employment authorization sponsorship from GEICO
