⢠Conduct non-field investigations of suspected cases of fraud or other illegal activities against the Company ⢠Interview individuals and locate sources of information and witnesses ⢠Evaluate information to determine its credibility ⢠Refer investigation assignments to outside agencies ⢠Provide training and support to all departments in the claims handling process

⢠1 year of higher level claims and investigative experience ⢠Ability to work both independently and in a team environment ⢠Ability to multi-task ⢠Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information ⢠Effective verbal and written communication skills ⢠Ability to handle heavy claim volume and stressful situations
