📋 Description

• Support the creative needs of clients • Work with account teams on monthly creative retainers and one-off requests • Create social media ads and other digital campaign creative • Create infographics, email and website graphics, banners, and icons • Create presentation decks, sales materials, print pieces, and other marketing collateral • Update existing assets consistently with each client’s brand • Step into projects, understand client objectives, and deliver purposeful, high-quality work

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working at or with a marketing or creative agency is required • Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator • Strong Photoshop and InDesign skills • Portfolio showing social media ads and a range of client marketing materials • Strong typography, layout, and design skills • Experience using AI tools to enhance certain assets or improve workflow, with design judgment guiding the final product • Ability to understand project goals, ask the right questions, and deliver polished work with minimal direction • Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage requests for multiple clients
