📋 Description

• Manage an assigned caseload of donors and prospects, focusing on cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship • Conduct regular donor visits and relational touchpoints in person, by phone, and virtually • Communicate GEM’s mission, vision, and ministry impact in Europe to encourage deeper donor engagement • Identify and help qualify new donor prospects with the Development team • Ensure donors receive timely, thoughtful communication and understand the impact of their generosity • Partner with Marketing, field leadership, and missionaries to share stories, updates, and giving opportunities • Participate in donor events and gatherings, including Vision Summit, Vision Weekend, and regional or small-group events • Maintain accurate donor records, notes, and follow-up in GEM’s CRM • Work closely with the VP of Development and Development team to support fundraising strategies and goals • Contribute to a team-based culture of donor care, accountability, and collaboration • Support organizational fundraising initiatives as needed • Maintain personal spiritual vitality and a healthy life rhythm • Live and work in alignment with GEM’s mission, vision, and core values • Communicate in a timely, professional, and gracious manner with colleagues, donors, and partners • Uphold GEM policies, procedures, confidentiality, and integrity standards

🎯 Requirements

• Already authorized to work in the United States; existing legal work authorization required • Visa sponsorship is not available • Located in the Central or Eastern parts of the US • Clear Christian faith and personal alignment with GEM’s mission and values • 3–5 years of relevant experience in development, fundraising, sales, and/or recruiting, with demonstrated strength in relationship-building • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage multiple relationships, priorities, and follow-up effectively • Willingness and ability to travel for donor visits and events • Preferred: Experience managing a donor portfolio or working in major or mid-level giving • Preferred: Experience in a nonprofit, ministry, or mission-sending organization • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and donor tracking
