📋 Description

• Sell personal lines insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, and more • Manage the full sales cycle through phone, text, and email • Connect with customers through their preferred communication channels • Use 80+ insurance carriers to find best-fit policies • Leverage AI-powered tools and technology to maximize workflow efficiency and earnings • Close 60+ policies per month using warm, inbound leads • Work within an agency operating 7 days per week, 9 AM to 9 PM ET • Work one weekend day per week while taking two days off • Collaborate during the interview process to establish a customer-aligned schedule

🎯 Requirements

• At least one active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state license • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience • Experience in a contact center environment offering multiple carriers • Proven record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Excellent phone and written communication skills • Tech-savvy, motivated, and adaptable • Ability to work one weekend day per week • Must complete required state licensing board and carrier background and compliance processes • Candidates must be based in most U.S. states • Must be legally able to work in the United States; sponsorship question included in application
