📋 Description

• Focus on the Community Solar portfolio • Support relationship building and onboarding of project landowners • Assist with site diligence, including critical issues screening, preliminary design and energy modeling, landowner issues, and utility issues • Support the Project Manager in overseeing EPC contractors and alignment with goals, contract terms, and timelines • Review and manage EPC contractor deliverables, notices, change orders, and payment milestones • Monitor construction progress and milestone achievement • Provide timely project updates to stakeholders • Coordinate engineering review of site-specific designs, energy models, and permitting documents • Coordinate internal reviews of technical submittals, RFIs, and change orders with engineering, legal, and finance teams • Track project budgets, invoice approvals, and cost forecasts • Maintain project documentation in internal project management systems for traceability, compliance, and audit standards • Attend project meetings with EPCs, consultants, and internal stakeholders; document action items and coordinate follow-through • Coordinate design and documentation reviews with utilities, interconnection teams, and permitting authorities • Help coordinate project turnover and handoff to Asset Management

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in development administration and/or project management • Some exposure to solar PV projects preferred • Ability to flex across the development and construction lifecycle • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through • Effective written and oral communication skills • Ability to motivate colleagues and external parties to collaborate and respond to requests • Unimpeachable integrity and glowing references • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening • Strong writing, editing, and basic design skills • High level of self-awareness and humility • Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity • Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and comfort with risk • Experience in solar project construction • Eligibility to work in the United States
