📋 Description

• Performing administrative tasks such as email communications, contacting Field Team Partners when information/documentation is needed, taking meetings note or organizing document storage • Reviewing current processes, including live observation, for purposes of improving processes; includes updates of documentation • May participate in time studies, including shadowing of team members to document tasks and time spent • May perform quality review of calls or transactions to support excellence in customer service • Other projects/tasks to support the business that align with skill or desired growth of the applicant

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, able to work with multiple monitors. • Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal • Reliable, energetic, detail and goal oriented, able to follow instructions.
