📋 Description

• Provide data analytics support for government customers • Work with senior leadership on data extraction, cleansing, analysis, visualization, and storytelling • Gather business requirements and analyze source systems • Define underlying data sources and transformation requirements • Design data models and develop metadata for data analysis and visualization • Acquire and analyze enterprise data and metrics for incorporation into visualizations and dashboards • Collaborate with business areas and project teams to elicit, identify, prioritize, and document data visualization and business intelligence requirements • Serve as a functional and technical data visualization and business intelligence subject matter expert • Translate business analysis and business needs into report and dashboard prototypes • Contribute to design and visualization best practices • Use business intelligence tools to develop dashboard deliverables • Document data acquisition, data management, and data governance processes • Implement process improvements and efficiencies • Create training materials and user guides • Conduct group and one-on-one training for end users • Support a government financial office • Some travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management or related experience within a Department of War organization • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, accounting, economics or another related discipline • Experience using BI and self-service data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Qlik View preferred • CCaR and/or PMRT experience preferred • DoW or DAF experience preferred • Advana or War Data Platform (WDP) experience preferred • Applicants selected for employment must undergo a Federal background investigation • Must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials • U.S. citizenship required • H1-B visas and other visas are not sponsored • Must be able to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods • Must consistently work and type on a computer for prolonged periods • Must be able to communicate accurate information and ideas so others understand • Must be able to lift/carry at least 15 lbs. • Some travel may be required • Normal work schedule may vary Monday through Friday; additional hours and/or weekends may be required to meet deadlines or fulfill travel obligations
