📋 Description
• Complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry work (CMU, brick, cast iron) • Provide accurate bid information and estimates for large general contractor projects • Work on turnkey projects across the southeastern US (Mississippi, Alabama, Florida) • Deliver reliable, detailed takeoff documentation to support bid submissions • Collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet project deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5+ years of experience estimating US construction projects • Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience • Fluent in English • Proficient in commercial masonry takeoff methodologies • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Able to work remotely on US timezone • Accuracy and reliability of bid information • US project experience with commercial construction • English fluency • Remote work capability aligned to US timezone
