📋 Description

• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to company-provided member leads • Deliver consultative Life and Supplemental Health insurance sales presentations • Match members with appropriate Life and Supplemental Health coverage • Educate members on plan options, benefits, and enrollment requirements • Close sales and complete enrollments over the phone • Manage the full sales conversation from opening to close • Handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining a compliant, member-first experience • Manage a personal sales pipeline • Document all activity accurately in Salesforce • Take inbound calls as volume allows • Meet or exceed daily activity benchmarks and monthly sales quotas

🎯 Requirements

• Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license preferred; unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain licensure during onboarding • 2+ years of insurance sales experience, ideally in L&H or a comparable high-volume call center sales environment • Proven ability to sell consultatively and close over the phone • Strong objection-handling, listening, and communication skills • Comfort with fast-paced, goal-driven sales environments • CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience a plus • Ability to make 150+ outbound calls per day • Ability to meet daily activity benchmarks and monthly sales quotas
