📋 Description

• Support accounting for acquisitions, including reviewing acquired company financial information, recording acquisition and integration activity, and assisting with transitioning acquired entities into company accounting processes • Manage and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across related entities • Work with operations during monthly close to reconcile inventory and related accounts and resolve discrepancies • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas • Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulations • Support external audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows • Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA preferred • 5–7+ years of corporate accounting experience with proven ability to work independently and take ownership of key accounting processes • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting regulations • Proficiency in Real Green, Service Titan, Sage Intacct, and Excel • Experience using AI tools to improve accounting processes, analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency is a plus • Strong analytical skills • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work standard business hours
