📋 Description

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Take ownership of inventory cycle counts and reconciliations • Coordinate with branch managers to resolve inventory questions or discrepancies • Perform inventory analysis and support adjustments for reporting • Handle routine lease and fixed asset accounting under guidance of Senior Accountant • Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close processes • Support intercompany and reclassification entries across locations • Assist with audits and respond to inquiries as needed • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad hoc accounting projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 3–5 years of accounting experience • Exposure to lease accounting, fixed assets, inventory management, or multi-state sales tax a plus • Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles • Proficiency in accounting software (Real Green, Service Titan, Sage Intacct a plus) and Excel • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting
