📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, and securing capacity to meet customer demands. • Negotiate competitive rates for program and spot opportunities. • Utilize technology platforms to match carriers with freight opportunities. • Ensure timely and accurate communication between carriers and the logistics team to facilitate smooth freight operations. • Proactively resolve issues during freight movement, including delays and load discrepancies. • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to analyze freight trends and carrier performance and improve service offerings. • Keep up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes affecting FTL transportation. • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in freight brokerage or a similar role, with a specific focus on FTL. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
