📋 Description

• Execute and continuously improve the standardized change management playbook for GenAI initiatives • Own the end-to-end Context Management process for fleet, unit, and site-specific business context • Ensure context data is current, complete, and properly structured for AI consumption • Drive continuous enrichment of context repositories as new AI use cases are deployed • Design and facilitate activation workshops with business process owners • Develop and deliver train-the-trainer sessions and toolkits • Manage cross-initiative change risks and dependencies and drive mitigation actions to closure • Build stakeholder maps and sponsor plans • Coordinate targeted communications supporting awareness, understanding, and sustained usage of AI-enabled solutions • Reinforce responsible AI usage, approved workflows, data handling expectations, and user guardrails • Create role-based training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, SOP updates, and release notes • Lead post-deployment hypercare, including office hours, feedback loops, issue triage coordination, and FAQ/known issues logs • Transition initiatives to steady-state support • Define adoption and outcome metrics with process owners and analytics partners • Run reporting cadences and corrective actions when adoption or benefits lag • Provide initiative-level adoption data for portfolio-wide reporting and ROI measurement • Redesign business process flows to enable AI transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline • 8+ years of experience leading change management, adoption/enablement, transformation, operational readiness, or product activation in a complex, matrixed organization • 5+ years of experience in Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations roles • Demonstrated experience leading change management for large-scale transformation projects/initiatives • Strong understanding of business process flows, operational data structures, and how context (fleet, unit, site) drives decision-making in field services environments • English proficiency required • Past experience with Python or GenAI techniques and tools • Experience with Field Service outage planning processes • Experience as Service Manager, Outage Manager, or CPM • Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer requirements, and budgeting/financial processes • Experience managing fleet, unit, or site-level data and configurations in an industrial or field services environment • Strong ERP, Salesforce, ETM, ServiceMax, and Event Vision systems experience • Demonstrated project management experience across a matrixed organization • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or equivalent quality certification • Formal Lean Training/certification, including Value Stream Mapping and Daily Management • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
