📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for customers and resolve concerns concerning assigned support services • Maintain knowledge of assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, and associated configuration installations • Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic regions or coverage areas • Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts and customer obligations • Fulfill service agreement obligations and manage fixed-price and time-and-material programs • Interact with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams • Influence strategy, resource control, and policy formulation for the area of responsibility • Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Make operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, and engineering decisions for complex tasks and problems • Lead functional teams or projects and communicate difficult concepts to influence stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University OR an Associate's degree from a college OR 7 years of experience in a power generation industry • Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
