📋 Description

• Lead the Engineering team and the development of complex software systems for large-scale cloud-based applications within the power and electrical industry • Provide strategic guidance and architecture oversight to ensure high software standards and adherence to best practices • Design scalable, secure, and reliable systems tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the energy sector • Evaluate and select technologies to optimize software performance, scalability, and long-term innovation • Partner with business leaders to translate complex challenges into effective technical requirements • Facilitate clear, cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and executive leadership • Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance and Product Backlog Management by monitoring KPIs and delivery commitments • Monitor advancements in cloud computing and power systems to provide strategic guidance that maintains a competitive edge

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline • 10+ years in engineering leadership or NPI delivery, specifically within large-scale cloud development • 5+ years of expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • 3+ years of experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
