📋 Description

• Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work • Supervise contractors in the field • Leads site team and manages execution of the project scope of work • Ensures schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations • Serves as best practice/quality resource • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience • May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma / GED equivalency with at least 6 years of experience in an electrical discipline • Minimum of 3 years experience in the substation construction, site installation and commissioning with deep understanding of electrical design • EE98 Electrical License for New Mexico is a PLUS • Site Safety experience, OSHA
