📋 Description

• Manage, perform, coordinate, and/or monitor Steam Power site activities • Install systems and equipment on site • Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation • Respond to emergency repair and service requests • Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives at customer sites • Write technical reports and prepare job status and customer reports • Order materials and secure quotations • Complete time sheets and expense sheets accurately and promptly • Sign off on implemented changes • Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance checkout for a wide range of equipment vintages • Prepare technical reports for customer records and future outages • Ensure all required parts are shipped to the site • Perform aftermarket upgrades at the site level • Supervise critical tasks performed by third parties, including measurements and dimensional checks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university with a 3.0 or higher GPA, or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in a Field Services or power generation equipment maintenance role • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time • Experience working on customer sites preferred • Technically oriented, fast learner, and self-starter • Understanding of Steam Turbine Operation and Controlling Parameters or Steam Boiler Operational Principles preferred • Strong technical skill reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams • Knowledge of dial and laser alignment and thermal growth equipment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen as applicable
