📋 Description

• Provide direct oversight to Overwatch Tooling Refurbishments • Seek new technologies to upgrade or replace the aging fleet of tools • Support Capital Investment strategy for fleet expansion in both BWR and PWR markets • Continue to own Continuous Improvement of Overwatch processes • Support the process of tooling conceptual design, field delivery and beyond • Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage • Single point of contact for Outage execution • Work with field services training and staffing team to build out field execution teams • Lead instructor for training courses • Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus • Convey performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline from an accredited college/university -OR- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in BWR maintenance management or inspection services • Frequent travel (up to 75%) • Willing to work in radiation-controlled areas and radioactively contaminated areas • Knowledge of GEH Nuclear Energy products, processes, customers, markets, and competition • Strong strategic development and execution skills • Strong technical knowledge and experience in working with in the Inspection Services field • Strong customer focus mind-set and commercial knowledge • Experience and knowledge around BWR reactor internals and GEH In Vessel Visual tooling • Familiar with GEH B03, EC and Inventory processes • Proven record in driving process improvement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Strong oral and written communication skills
