📋 Description

• Lead and manage investigations related to policy concerns raised through reporting channels • Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, risk assessments, documentation reviews, and evidence gathering • Partner with Compliance, Labor & Employment, and HR to determine findings and recommend corrective actions • Prepare clear, comprehensive, and evidence-based investigation reports detailing allegations, findings, and conclusions • Provide regular case status updates and communicate outcomes to key business stakeholders • Present investigation summaries and briefings to senior leadership as needed • Monitor assigned cases to ensure timely resolution and compliance with established procedures and standards • Collaborate with Compliance, Ombuds, and cross-functional teams to identify trends and support investigations across multiple regions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree • Solid experience in compliance, legal, investigations, audit or related field • Language proficiency in Portuguese • Must be fluent in English • Highest personal integrity with demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters in a discreet and respectful manner • Expertise in Legal, Finance, Quality, or Sourcing, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Proven ability to make independent decisions, manage competing priorities, and support stakeholders across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and collaboration skills, with experience influencing outcomes in global, matrixed organizations • Language proficiency in Spanish
