📋 Description

• Perform testing and validation of equipment, facilities, or plants according to design objectives or specifications for operational use • Perform Performance Services and Performance tests • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy/strategy using prior experience and technical expertise • Apply understanding of business drivers and how team work integrates with other teams • Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance • Solve straightforward tasks using technical skills and analytic thinking • Consult multiple internal sources to make decisions • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Potentially hire and develop talent as an early people leader

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Services & Commissioning • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
