📋 Description

• Provide pre- and post-contractual administration and management support • Manage contract terms and conditions and claims • Define, manage, and execute risk modeling activities for contracts or projects • Define, manage, and execute contract estimating processes for tenders and project reviews • Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts • Manage service agreements and time-and-material programs • Assist with sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Liaise between internal organizations and customers • Collaborate with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams • Execute policies and strategies using technical expertise • Provide informal guidance to new team members

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Services & Customer Contract Management • Bachelor's degree • At least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
