📋 Description

• Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts • Provide service agreement and time-and-material program management • Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction • Interact with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams • Liaise between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts • Execute policies and strategies using technical expertise • Analyze business drivers and integrate work with other teams • Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance • Solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and training • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Define, manage, and execute risk modeling activities for contracts or projects • Define, manage, and execute contract estimating processes for tenders and project reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Services & Customer Contract Management • Bachelor's degree • At least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
