📋 Description

• partner closely with the Global Lead to drive operational excellence across the legal entity governance program • lead tool onboarding and data migration • serve as internal admin for the governance platform, ensuring data integrity • support budgeting and continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives • deliver efficient, scalable processes for global stakeholders • support annual budgeting process for the legal entity governance function • monitor ongoing expenditures and budget performance; report variances and propose corrective actions • maintain and manage vendor relations, tool licenses and cost allocations related to governance operations • act as operational liaison to global teams to execute governance tasks • provide training, communications and tool-user onboarding for internal customers • support governance lead in preparing senior-executive level materials, status updates, and change-management communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, information systems, or a related field (J.D. or legal background is a plus but not required) • 5-8 years of relevant experience in legal operations, entity governance, program / project management, or process improvement • Strong experience with tool implementation/data migration (system onboarding, administration) • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement and process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) • Solid budgeting and financial monitoring experience • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global/matrixed environments • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, data integrity • Ability to multi-task, manage changing priorities, deliver in a fast-paced environment • Strong quality-control mindset and exceptional attention to detail • Strong collaborator with the ability to build trusted relationships in a matrixed global environment
