📋 Description

• Manage project planning for an assigned project as a key coordination partner to project leadership • Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 • Prepare and maintain Master Time Schedules, Overall Time Schedules, baseline schedules, and periodic planning deliverables • Lead regular schedule reviews and monthly update cycles with project functions and stakeholders • Analyze critical path, longest path, float consumption, schedule deviations, and performance trends • Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities • Propose schedule mitigation or optimization scenarios • Facilitate collaborative planning discussions on priorities, assumptions, interfaces, and recovery actions • Ensure schedules reflect contractual milestones, payment milestones, obligations, and key interfaces • Prepare project planning reports and schedule inputs for management reviews and customer reporting • Support progress measurement, S-curves, KPI tracking, and other time-performance indicators • Support baseline freeze, change management, rebaseline, and committed schedule activities • Escalate risks to project float, critical paths, and contractual commitments • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of planning practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent relevant experience • 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience in EPC or similarly complex project environments • Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies • Strong Primavera P6 proficiency • Experience in hydropower, energy, infrastructure, or industrial project execution • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Must be available for travel to U.S. sites approximately 10% of the time • Must be able to adjust work schedule to accommodate any U.S. time zone • Preferred: certifications such as PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE-PSP • Preferred: experience with Lean and Last Planner System • Preferred: experience with US Government projects
