📋 Description

• Responsible for finance trading activities (Products from Manufacturing Units to External customers and inclusive of Local Scope) • Providing strong financial planning, analysis and reporting of the financials to the Business Line Region & Head quarter • Driving technical accounting compliance, Ops. Mechanism, financial and operational internal controls • Own the finance activities for the trading subregional scope • Lead and coordinate with region on quarterly Project Reviews • Ensure that the right Ops. Mech are in place in the Sub region • Propose and support enhancement of local processes, drive simplification and spread lean mindset • Maintain a clean ledger on the balance sheet in all operational & non-operational accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent • FMP graduate or minimum 3 years experience in finance role • In depth knowledge of SAP, Tableau • Fluent English and Spanish • MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA preferred) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong accounting, analytical, project management, problem-solving & communication skills • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues • Strong team player with ability to work with remote and cross functions and locations/cultural teams • Adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment, work tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
