📋 Description

• Leading the Site's commissioning activities of a combined cycle power plant • Ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operating in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements • Develop detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and execution strategies • Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and operations teams to align commissioning activities with overall project objectives • Lead and supervise commissioning personnel, subcontractors, and field teams • Oversee the testing, inspection, and validation of plant systems, including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), and auxiliary equipment • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or operational issues encountered during commissioning and start-up • Ensure commissioning procedures, test records, punch lists, and turnover documentation are completed accurately and maintained properly • Prepare regular progress updates, reports, and technical findings for internal and external stakeholders • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all commissioning activities comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements • Serve as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, partners, and regulatory representatives during commissioning activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) • Minimum of 7 years of commissioning experience in the power generation industry, with specific experience in combined cycle power plants • Ability to Travel / Work Remote at Construction Sites • Work long-term remote assignments supporting project installation up to 100% of the time • 2 years of experience In a leadership role with project and contractor's planning and coordination skills • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced project environment • Strong organizational communication skills and attention to detail • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural project teams • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and site conditions
