• Engage daily with customers (BWROG members) to understand fleet needs, identify emerging issues, and shape project scope aligned with industry priorities • Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams including utility SMEs, GVH engineering, vendors, and national labs to deliver high-quality technical products and solutions • Develop and manage detailed budgets and schedules with strong discipline in estimating, tracking, and early risk identification • Support committee chairs in planning and executing committee activities, including agenda development, action item management, decision documentation, and long-term strategic planning • Represent GVH at BWROG meetings, regulatory interactions, and industry forums • Apply Lean and continuous improvement principles to strengthen internal processes, documentation quality, governance, and stakeholder communication
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering preferred) • Minimum 10 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, including at least 5 years at a commercial nuclear power plant in operations, engineering, maintenance, licensing, or similar roles • Minimum 5 years of technical program or project management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with accountability for budget, schedule, and scope • Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-relationship skills with the ability to engage both technical SMEs and utility executives • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% (primarily domestic, but international travel is possible) • If not already PMP certified, willingness and ability to obtain certification within 8 months
