📋 Description

• manage emergent customer needs to address technical challenges for operating nuclear power plants • act as first line of contact for customers with emergent technical needs • manage technical projects from customer inquiry to project closure • provide leadership and project management for assigned projects • ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and business policies • monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to stakeholders • negotiate contract terms and manage change orders • mentor junior project managers • develop specialized knowledge in nuclear energy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Senior Reactor Operator • minimum 5 years in nuclear power industry • minimum 3 years managing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams • willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally • willingness to respond to emergent customer requests during standard and non-standard working hours • Senior Reactor Operator experience preferred • knowledge of United States nuclear regulatory requirements • PMP certification preferred
