📋 Description

• Contribute to implementation of MES solutions using the Software Suite • Own technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle • Participate in architecture, design, and functionality decisions • Keep programs on track regarding budget, timing, and customer expectations • Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored strategies • Make recommendations on workflow, applications, interfaces, reports, testing, and uploads • Ensure go-live readiness and provide go-live support • Perform post-live checkups • Collaborate with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction • Manage medium to large teams and senior professional direct reports • Attract and retain talent • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices • Lead solutions for complex manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity • Present business or technical solutions to leaders • Communicate complex messages and negotiate with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and customers • Influence peers and drive action

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Services & Digital Implementation Services for roles outside the USA • For roles outside the USA: knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • For roles in the USA: Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
