📋 Description

• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. • Owns/influences budgets and operating plans. • Works with cross functional teams. • Engages throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. • Collaborates with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction. • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

🎯 Requirements

• For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services. • Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). • For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)). • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills.
