📋 Description

• Manage and grow existing MSP/VMS locums accounts • Develop new business opportunities within strategic accounts • Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders • Oversee MSP/VMS onboarding, workflows, and account management • Coordinate with recruiting and internal teams to ensure successful fulfillment • Manage order flow, name clears, timesheets, invoicing, and overall client experience • Align business development efforts with recruiting strategy and revenue goals • Maintain strong client retention and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Locum Tenens account management experience at a production desk level • 3+ years managing MSP/VMS accounts • 3+ years successfully growing MSP/VMS business • Proven client-facing experience and relationship management skills • Experience working remotely in a self-managed environment • Strong project management and communication skills • Experience using CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
