📋 Description

• Process and apply customer payments to open invoices daily • Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers to the general ledger • Generate invoices and maintain accurate A/R records • Review and reconcile payment platforms (e.g., online payment systems) • Support reporting, budgeting, and audit processes • Assist with exchange rate updates and financial reporting tasks • Provide analysis and support to management as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 4+ years of A/R or accounting experience • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes • Experience with accounting systems (ERP experience preferred) • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Good communication and organizational skills
