📋 Description

• Own the strategic client program's product vision, current state, future direction, and rationale • Translate client conversations into clear problems, priorities, and requirements • Prioritize with engineering, make tradeoffs, write specifications, and keep delivery moving • Communicate feasibility and viability decisions to clients and respectfully push back when appropriate • Partner with client success leads to align client communications and manage expectations • Determine whether and how client-specific work should graduate into the shared platform • Define, instrument, and report program outcomes to the client and internally • Participate in regular meetings with the strategic client, client success, engineering, and platform product teams • Report to the Director of Product, Client Success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in product management • Experience owning products tied to enterprise customers or large accounts • Outcome-oriented and high-agency approach • Comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly • Practical use of AI for drafting specs, synthesizing conversations, building mockups, and lightweight prototypes; shipped something real using AI • Strong client-facing credibility with demanding enterprise clients • Ability to assess software feasibility and viability • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to write buildable specifications including context, requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and open questions • Ability to partner with client success and account teams • Platform product thinking • Preferred: healthcare, pharma, or specialty pharmacy experience • Preferred: patient support, hub services, or access program experience • Preferred: customer-embedded or account-aligned product experience • Preferred: hands-on experience with Linear • Ability to work at a computer and participate in extended video and in-person meetings
